THE PLANNING AND COLLABORATION PROCESS
STEP ONE: WE CONNECT
We start with a complimentary discovery call. We'll chat and ask each other questions about pertinent details needed to craft the best plan for you. During this call, when we determine we are a good match to work together, I go over applicable professional planning fees (after which you only pay supplier costs) and all the details of what is included with the service. Once the planning fee has been received, work will be scheduled.
STEP TWO: DESIGN AND REFINE
The fun begins! I thoroughly research available options and provide 2-4 proposals (or itinerary options), focused on the best value (versus the lowest price). We'll work together to refine the details on one proposal until you are thrilled. Itineraries are updated over time as required.
STEP THREE: TAKING CARE OF THE DETAILS
Once we have the ideal itinerary, you relax and dream about your trip while the booking details are taken care of - cruises, tours, air, hotels, transfers, excursions, special occasions, travel protection insurance, etc. along with final payment reminders and final electronic or printed documents.
STEP FOUR: ENJOY YOUR TRIP!
With a final itinerary in hand (provided in a beautiful app), you are on your way! Time to escape the everyday, reconnect with family and friends, recharge and refuel on your exciting adventure.
STEP FIVE: WELCOME BACK CHECK IN
I want to hear all about your trip, your stories! I want to know what you loved about your trip and what, if anything, you would do differently the next time. Support will be provided on any followup items.
