Appreciating Your Trust In Me
People get in to the travel industry for a wide variety of reasons. A common denominator is the lure to explore the many corners of the world. Speaking for myself, my list of places to see, to experience, to taste, to feel, covers all 7 continents, and keeps growing. Antarctica remains #1.
The opportunity to travel, though, isn't the only, or most important, thing that drives us to this industry. What does? YOU - our clients. What drives us is the opportunity to help you with your travel dreams, to help them become reality, to help make a difference in your life and those traveling with you. So why am I talking about this?
As in many businesses, people work with you , use your services, only after they ultimately trust you. Getting to know you and like you is part of the process, but trust is biggest, especially so when it comes to big dream travel.
A little less than a year ago I met a beautiful young lady at our neighborhood "watering hole", and we got to talking about our dream travels. Her dream for years was to go to Nepal. Fast forward to 2017, I am honored that she entrusted me to help her with this trip. I truly believe that travel changes you, sometimes in a small way, other times for a lifetime. We all see and experience the world in different ways. This is what is so enjoyable and beautiful. So when my clients come back from a dream trip, I love when they share their stories, experiences and memories. I not only get to "feel" the trip through their eyes, but it expands my own imagination of possibilities, and for that I am grateful.
Jemini recently returned from her dream trip to Nepal (which she did solo - quite admirable!), and wrote about one of her experiences in Kathmandu, which I'm sharing with you HERE.
It starts off with "There's magic in places you don't know." So true. I trust you will enjoy the article as much as I did. Comments are closed.
